Academics
Our skilled educators implement research-driven curricula to build a strong academic foundation to prepare children for future success. With a 1:5 teacher to student ratio, educators have the opportunity to create Individualized Learning Plans that build on each student’s strengths while providing targeted support in challenging subjects. Our approach encourages curiosity, independence, problem-solving, and a love of learning.
Behavior
We provide neuroaffirming behavioral and classroom supports designed to help students develop focus, attention, self-regulation, and positive relationships. Our educators work collaboratively with students, families, and neuroaffirming speech-language pathologists to develop strategic support plans that promote classroom engagement, successful peer interactions, and positive teacher-student relationships. Rather than focusing on changing who a student is, we focus on creating an environment where students can understand themselves, communicate their needs, and succeed.
Communication
Literacy-based curricula and social-emotional learning lay a foundation for developing strong social communication, self-advocacy skills, and increased confidence. Strong communication skills support academic achievement, meaningful relationships, and lifelong independence.
